Former patients added sparkle to both campuses during annual tree-lighting events, sponsored by the Yale New Haven Hospital Auxiliary. Nahlia Castillo, 8, (center) lit up the Hunter Courtyard at the York Street Campus while her parents, Nathanel and Marielys, and big sister, Leah, cheered her on.
During Chanukah Dec. 2 -10, Rabbi Eliana Falk, hospital chaplain, lit the menorah in the York Street Campus Atrium each evening to mark the eight-day Jewish festival of lights.
Every year, Laura Johnson-Dawson, Corporate Access Services (third from left), collects hats, gloves and scarves for patients in need who visit the Primary Care Center.
