Certificate of Need hearing on the proposed affiliation between Yale New Haven Health and Prospect CT, Inc.

The Connecticut Office of Health Strategy will hold a public hearing on Wed., April 26 at 9:30 am to allow Yale New Haven Health Services Corporation and Prospect CT, Inc. to ask for CON approval for the sale of the assets and operations associated with the Prospect CT hospitals systems (Prospect Waterbury Hospital and Prospect ECHN, consisting of Manchester Memorial Hospital and Rockville General Hospital).

Wednesday, April 26
9:30 am (Technical portion will begin at 9:30 am and public comment portion will begin at 3:00 pm provided the technical portion has been completed. If the hearing needs to be rescheduled or cannot be completed in one day, the backup second date is April 27, same time and location).
