Veronica Plasencia, MD is a bilingual board-certified Family Medicine physician who hails from Peru. D. Plascencia earned her degree from Univesridad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and completed her residency training in 2011at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Utica, New York. Her practice is open to adolescents and adults. Dr. Plascencia takes the time to understand the needs of her patience and develops a treatment plan around their perspective on health. She believes in collaborative decision making and collaborates with her patients as partners to achieve a mutual health plan. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.
