Dr. Eric Padegimas spent the last six years at the Rothman Institute in Philadelphia, the busiest shoulder and elbow reconstruction department in the country. There, he focused on mastering advanced techniques in shoulder and elbow replacement, rotator cuff repair, arthroscopic surgery, and shoulder and elbow trauma. During his time in Philadelphia, he won a multitude of awards for clinical excellence, compassion, leadership, and academic excellence.
