Caroline H. Jenckes, APRN, is a board-certified Family nurse practitioner. Caroline has a special interest in sharing her style of being a caring compassionate provider with her patients. As a registered nurse with an advanced degree, she has also enjoyed sharing her knowledge in undergraduate nursing programs at the University of Rhode Island and Community College of Rhode Island.
Ms. Jenckes was certified as an Advanced Practice Clinician in Palliative Care in 2019 and Geriatric Care in 2022. She earned her master’s degree in nursing with academic honors from Yale University and was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Caroline earned her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse certification in Palliative Care from California State University in San Marcos, California.
Outside of Gastroenterology, she has worked in Primary Care, Women’s Health and with the college population in Health Services. In her free time, Caroline enjoys family time including her two busy dogs. When not with family, she can be found playing her French horn in the Wakefield Concert Band and Lafayette Band.
