Alia Bazzy-Asaad, MD, specializes in pediatric respiratory medicine, and treats patients both in and out of the hospital with such conditions as asthma, chronic cough and recurrent pneumonia. Dr. Bazzy-Asaad says she enjoys being part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to family- and patient-centered care. “We have the ability to offer new therapies that were not available just a few years ago, and I get to see the benefits these therapies provide to children,” she says.
