COVID-19 Testing Locations

Pre-Procedure

For those who are scheduled for an upcoming procedure and need a test.

Here’s how to get started:

• You must be tested within 3 days before your scheduled procedure.
• Four to five days before your procedure, you will be contacted to schedule a surgery screening. If you do not receive a call, please call your doctor’s office for assistance.
• You may have your test at any of the testing sites listed. Your COVID-19 test scheduler will provide you with the specific address and details.

What happens after my test?

You will get your results in My Chart. Your physician’s office will be notified of results, and your physician will contact you. If you do not have MyChart you will receive a phone call from your physician’s office. If you are positive, do not arrive for your scheduled procedure until you have had a discussion with your physician about your plan.
