Take these steps to protect yourself and the community from COVID-19

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are unavailable.

Refrain from touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention now recommends wearing cloth face masks in public areas where it’s difficult to maintain proper social distancing. Wearing a cloth mask can help stop the spread of COVID-19 from people who do not know they have the virus or from those who are not showing symptoms. However, surgical masks and N95 masks should be reserved for healthcare workers and first responders.
