You must have a scheduled appointment prior to arriving at one of our COVID-19 testing centers. Pre-procedure patients will be contacted directly by a healthcare member from Yale New Haven Health to set up an appointment to be tested.
This location serves:
- Individuals experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (symptomatic)
- Individuals with no symptoms (asymptomatic)
- Patients scheduled for an upcoming medical procedure
If you or a loved one are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please contact your healthcare provider to receive a medical order and schedule a test. If you do not have a provider, call the YNHHS COVID-19 Call center at 833-ASK-YNHH (833-275-9644) for more information.
If you are scheduled for a medical procedure at one of our locations, a healthcare member from Yale New Haven Health will contact you directly to set up an appointment to be tested. If you do not receive a call at least 2 days prior to your appointment, please call your doctor’s office.
This COVID-19 test facility is located outdoors and is subject to closure due to inclement weather. Should weather force the closure of this facility, all patients with scheduled appointments will be contacted directly by telephone to reschedule their appointment.
