Overview

Our Advanced Practice Provider Lactation Consultants provide individualized, one-to-one appointments. Our experts work with those who are having issues with feeding their babies due to poor weight gain, latching difficulties, low milk supply, sore/cracked nipples, mastitis and over supply. Partners are welcome and encouraged to participate.

The initial consultation includes a confidential discussion of the medical history of parent, baby and birth story. Our lactation consultant will then provide an assessment and provide recommendations, along with a written detailed plan. Appointments generally last an hour. In person appointments can also include bilirubin and weight checks. 

Our team also provides prenatal visits and plans for patients who may be at risk for breastfeeding issues; including those with a history of breastfeeding/chestfeeding issues, breast surgery or endocrine disorders.
