At Yale New Haven Hospital, we offer a free online support group for those living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) led by a clinical social worker. Participants will learn ways to successfully manage their condition in a comforting, encouraging and empowering setting. This group will provide participants ongoing support to each other while living with these chronic conditions.
Patients 18 and older who are diagnosed with either Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease
