Free comprehensive sports physicals for high school student athletes ages 13-19. Screenings will include general medical, orthopedic, neurologic and cardiac screenings including EKGs by Yale New Haven Health physicians. Once registered, eligible students will be contacted and scheduled for a specific 60-90-minute window during the day. There will also be links to forms that must be filled out prior to arriving on Saturday.
High school student athletes between 13 and 19 years of age that live and go to school in New Haven, West Haven or Hamden.
