Healing Hearts Support Group for Patients

This support group, accessible through the Microsoft Teams platform, is to provide a supportive forum for people to discuss dealing with a heart condition and to learn stress management skills. It is led by a licensed social worker and is available for Heart and Vascular Center patients seen at the Yale Physicians Building, 800 Howard Ave., New Haven.
