Breastfeeding Class

This is a 2-hour class focuses on all aspects of breastfeeding from delivery room to postpartum. Topics include:Benefits and myths of breastfeeding, principles of intiating lactation, family involvement and support related to breastfeeding success, prevention of sore nipples and engorgement and breastfeeding issues explored such as establishing good milk supply, nutrition, pumping, what to do when going back to work, etc.
