Webinar Registration Request Information

At Yale New Haven Health’s weight-loss (bariatric) surgery program, our team respects that every person is unique. That is why our experts take the time to listen and understand each patient’s needs and goals. From the moment patients begin considering weight-loss surgery until long after their goal weight is reached, the team at Yale New Haven Health works with patients to achieve the lifestyle and emotional changes needed to sustain weight-loss.

Our comprehensive bariatric surgery program serves patients with a body mass index (BMI) of 40+, or 35-39 with accompanying health problems. Led by a skilled team in medicine, nursing, nutrition, psychology and surgery, our program is recognized for its safety, efficiency, sensitivity and expertise.

Available Procedures

Yale New Haven Health offers minimally invasive bariatric surgery options, including laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and Roux-en-Y gastric bypass. In addition, revisions of previous weight-loss surgery procedures are performed at Bridgeport Hospital, Greenwich Hospital, Lawrence + Memorial Hospital and Yale New Haven Hospital.
