Programs and services

The center provides emergency preparedness leadership and program coordination, as well as development and delivery of emergency preparedness and disaster response initiatives to Connecticut's acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community health centers, home health agencies, urgent care centers, emergency medical services and community physicians. Through its regional, national and international partners, the center adapts and disseminates these programs and services and seeks out other best practice solutions to emergency preparedness and disaster response issues.
